kimchi-mari guksu (김치말이 국수)
What is it?
A Korean cold noodle dish of thin somyeon served in an icy kimchi brine, topped with kimchi and sometimes egg or cucumber. Often enjoyed in winter despite the icy broth, primarily because of the plentiful availability of aged kimchi after kimjang.
