What is it?
A Korean term for seasoned vegetable dishes, either raw or cooked. Made by blanching, sautéing, or marinating vegetables and dressing them with sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, or gochugaru. A staple component of banchan and a key element of bibimbap.
