What is it? 
A Chinese-style dumpling—usually jiaozi—that’s pan-fried on the bottom until crisp, then steamed to cook the filling. Known for their golden, crunchy base and tender top, potstickers are typically filled with pork, vegetables, or shrimp and served with a soy–vinegar dipping sauce.
